KlezFest in Richmond
modified 1 August 2008

Monday evening, 11th August Richmond Synagogue will be holding its third annual concert to take advantage of some of the visiting bands who are coming for the JMI Klezfest this year (and to whom the community of Richmond and surrounds are providing home hospitality)

This year they are featuring 3 groups
- AndraLamoussia from Israel who do their own eclectic mix of Klezmer and oriental styles
- a new version of Tomas Novotny's Klezmer band from Ostrawa, Czech Republic - now going under the name of Nachas...we expect them to give us lots...
- the inimitable Merlin Shepherd with a new group he is forming specifically for us from this year's visiting musicians.

Concert is at 8pm. Tickets are £12 and available from the synagogue Lichfield Gardens, Richmond TW9 1AP
Tel 020 8940 3526
