The theme for the spring term is ‘The Klezmer’s Repertoire’, an exploration of the huge range of music played by klezmorim.

Traditional Yiddish Song
and Art Song in Hebrew, Yiddish and Ladino

Thursday evenings 6.45–8.45pm, starting 13 January 2005

Experts in their fields guide you through the joys and sorrows of Jewish life as portrayed by poets and musicians over the centuries. Sing folk and art songs in Jewish languages: Yiddish, Ladino, Judeo-Arabic and Hebrew.
