There will be Taster Session and Sing-Along on 4 September, 7 – 9 at SOAS (University of London , Thornhaugh Street, Russell Square , London WC1 0XG)
£5, refundable if you enrol for the course

Professional experts in their fields guide you through the joys and sorrows of Jewish life as portrayed by poets and musicians over the centuries. Each week we will sing some of the gems of traditional and contemporary song in Yiddish and Ladino. Individual coaching available too.

Tutors:

  • Yiddish Song – Hilda Bronstein
  • Judeo-Spanish (Ladino) Song - Monica Acosta

Autumn Term: 9 October – 11 December 2007 (10 classes)
The term will consist of 10 classes (Yiddish and Ladino).

Note the special rate for Edgware Synagogue members and the further reduction in cost if you enrol for 10 classes before 9 October.

Full rate £150 (advance booking £125)
EDRS Members £100 (advance booking: £90)
Full time student concessions:£100 (advance booking £90).
