Klezmer Klimax! Emma Johnson meets Frank London

Emma JohnsonEmma Johnson, internationally acclaimed classical soloist, brimming over with the joy of the clarinet, meets Frank London, klezmer’s iconic  New York Grammy Award winning trumpeter, of Klezmatics fame, and a host of  European and British klezmer luminaries including Christian Dawid (Clarinet) and Sanne Möricke (Accordion) from Berlin. These outstanding  exponents of this most joyful and poignant music will keep Emmas fingers flying and all of our toes tapping till we can't repress the urge to dance. 

Warm up bands inlcude Klezmer 4 from Brazil and Mamalör from Czech Republic and Kavona from London.

Part of JMI KlezFest London the weeklong summer course at SOAS University of London.
