JMI Competitions Announcing the music competitions for 2010 for soloists and chamber ensembles (organised by Tzavta, the Israeli Cultural Department of the Spiro Ark) 3rd Israeli Music Competition 1st Prize: £1000 plus recording at Jerusalem Music Centre and live radio appearance. 2nd Prize: Solo performance with the London International Orchestra. 2nd Ernest Bloch Music Competition 1st Prize: £800 2nd Prize: £500 Plus a recital prize for both competitions presented by the Jewish Music Institute. The Bloch competition is open to candidates of all ages (Israeli music up to age 35).
