All about the diversity of Jewish life, all linked together by Tanakh, (faith and history) and a relationship that all of these different geographies have between their different local languages or itinerant languages and the language of prayer – Hebrew. Balancing both the diaspora with Israel being a place where these Jewish; Yemeni, Mizrachi and Ethiopian traditions have survived and thrived to create new works and a vibrant Middle Eastern Jewish culture that sits within the diaspora map of jewish music and culture.
Programme 50 minutes with a Q&A at the end with Jennifer and Gil
