The ‘Night’ Holocaust Project represents an endeavor to amplify the very human memoir of the late Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Elie Wiesel (1928-2016) – a fifteen-year-old survivor of the Auschwitz death camps – with the amazing music of Leib Glantz (1898-1964) – considered worldwide as one of the greatest cantors and composers of Jewish music.
The classical music of the Night Concert has been orchestrated by the American composer and orchestrator Joseph Ness (Hartford, Connecticut) from the liturgical music composed by Leib Glantz.
